These terms apply to the PolicyBros website (policybros.in) and the PolicyBros mobile app. By using either, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

What PolicyBros Is

PolicyBros is an independent information and lead-generation portal for LIC insurance products, run by LIC-licensed insurance agents. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) or any other insurer. We do not issue policies, collect premiums, or settle claims; those happen directly between you and the insurer.

Information, Not Advice

Plan details, premium estimates, maturity projections, and comparisons on the website and in the app are indicative and for education only. Actual figures, terms, and conditions are always those of the insurer's official documents. Nothing here is financial, legal, or tax advice; please verify details with the insurer and consult a qualified advisor before buying or altering a policy. See our disclaimer for the full picture.

Callbacks and Contact

When you submit a callback or contact request, you consent to PolicyBros contacting you by phone about your enquiry, including if your number is registered under DND. We use these details only to respond to you, as described in our privacy policy.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials safe.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Let us know right away if you suspect misuse.
• Agent accounts that store client records are responsible for having their clients' consent and for using that data lawfully.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app (More > Delete account) or on our account deletion page.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or use it for spam or unlawful activity.

Acceptable Use

Please do not misuse the website or app: no scraping at scale, no attempting to bypass security rules, no submitting false leads or reviews, and no uploading unlawful content. The calculators and tools are for personal or professional use in advising clients, not for resale as a service.

Intellectual Property

The PolicyBros name, logo, content, and tools belong to us. LIC and other insurers' names, plan names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification only. You may share links to our pages freely; please do not copy substantial parts of the site or app without permission.

Service Availability

We work to keep the website and app available and accurate, but they are provided "as is", without warranties. Features may change, and we may update or discontinue parts of the service. The app works offline for many tools; anything that needs live data requires an internet connection.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, PolicyBros is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or app, including decisions made on the basis of indicative figures. Your policy relationship, including premiums, benefits, and claims, is with the insurer alone.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
